"The special of the week was 2 hot dogs and and order of fries. I could have done 2 of the 3 but not both. So not to let a dog go to waste, I had the 2 dogs and about half the fries. I had also ordered a side of chili, that was in my mind true chili. No beans, just meat, sauce and spiced and super thick, so it was great for dipping. I also had a nice chocolate shake, good, cold and thick! Owner George has had several restaurants that I have dined at and I'm very happy Zax is still around!! Check out the weekly specials posted on the big sign on Henderson."

"Had the Triple Fat Boy Burger and it was excellent! Super filling, and the chili was tasty. Only thing I’d change is maybe using real cheese over processed cheese, but even the processed cheese wasn’t bad at all. The restaurant is a bit dated but and could use a bit of an updated look, but it wasn’t dirty or anything so that’s just slight nitpicking. I’d definitely come back, and next time try the fries."
